The only downfall to that is they do not communicate to each other. Stay was pleasant but could have been better. Make sure to DOCUMENT ALL THE ISSUES/CONCERNS on the 1st day and communicate with the host or you will be charged at the end of your stay for the items. You WILL have to get some of the missing amenities promised in the unit; we purchased eating utensils and left them for the next guests. The unit is next to an abandoned home that workers are now working on so it is quite an eyesore and there is a porta-potty located in the backyard so you will have to deal with the smell and trash left by previous guests and service men that have been to the host home or next door. (if they haven't removed it by now 7/10/25; we left on 7/1/25) Overall, it was not a bad stay, the place was clean. 3 minute walk to the Metro for easy convenience."
